Does work happen at work? Well, if you have been inundated with the typical board room meetings as well as the project management meetings…you know that a lot of things don’t necessarily happen here. So what can be done about it? Well, for one thing we need to get rid of a lot of these pointless meetings and work on being more productive.
If that productivity comes through the notion of a collaborative effort, than so be it. However, if we find ourselves engaging in meetings for the sake of meetings, perhaps we need to move on and find a different way to collaborate.
