Multitasking is often viewed as an asset, but some newer research is actually showing how badly the habit can diminish your ability to focus. If you have been multitasking for too long and find it hard to get your focus back, there are some tricks you can try to get back on track. Getting more sleep and turning off distractions are the most important steps, along with writing down things that are distracting you so you can work through them.
