Amazon’s CEO Jeff Bezos carries a mantra that he shares with his thousands of employees and in summary it is similar to the saying “seize the day”. Bezos declares that it is always Day 1 and that with Day 2 comes destruction failure and ultimately death. With three powerful words Bezos claims that many could benefit from “disagree and commit”. By disagreeing you can state your opinions but by committing you are also supporting those who you disagree with.
