As more and more applications become “cloud based,” the need for sturdy development protocols is increasing as well. We must be willing and able to meet this increasing demand head on. As the market too often indicates, those who are unprepared to meet demand are left behind. Fickle customers quickly jump on the next big thing. Best to be the next big thing rather than hoping your old customers will be loyal.
