Leading your teams to success is one of the key things you do as a leader and innovator at your business. It takes time, and it take effort.
So what do you do when it seems that the team you are working so hard for is hitting up against a brick wall? That wall may be the criticisms from those without, or the lack of communal working from within.
Whatever it may be, what inevitably happens is the tension rises in the group and work efforts break down even more. When this work breaks down, nothing goes right.
So what can you do? Well, what you have to do is learn how to ease that tension for your team. If they are receiving criticism from those who are around them, then you can remove them from that setting and get them away from it all. Take them out; have some fun; get a drink.
When you take them away from that situation, they are able to gain a bit of perspective on what they have been working on and how the efforts are going.
