In a survey of CEO’s, uncertainty in the current political landscape is highlighted as one of the biggest challenges of the job. It is also noted, however, that uncertainty does not mean disaster. Instead, business leaders are developing new core competencies to navigate a changing business landscape.
The answer is not to sit and wait for certainty to come but to focus on those things within their control and to seek the seek the opportunities that come out of chaos.
