Leaders come in all varieties. Maybe you are a leader at work, school, among friends, with a volunteer group you work with. Maybe you lead at church or at your child’s school. There are good leaders and bad leaders. You will want to be an inspiring leader. To do that you need to lead by example, you need to be tough yet fair, you need to do the right thing. If you are an inspiring leader you will get others to do what you want and get them to emulate you.
