We talk about stress a lot on this page. The reason for that is simple: many of you deal with stress on a moment by moment basis, each and every single day. There is nothing wrong with this, because it comes with the territory.

However, learning to deal with that stress is important, because if you don’t that stress can lead to anxiety. It’s anxiety that is the real problem, here.

Anxiety can lead to irrational behavior and desperate moves. When we are anxious we begin to hover over other individuals; we also begin to make moves of carelessness that we wouldn’t otherwise make if we were in a more rational state of mind.

So you see, handling your stress is a way of making sure that it doesn’t lead to anxiety and fear. Don’t let the desperation settle in. Take a breather. Take a stretch. Get out and walk away from the situation to clear your head.

Such moves will save you heart ache and frustration in the long of it.
