What in the world does Tom Brady, the NFL MVP of the Superbowl and superstar quarterback of the Patriots, have to do with your leadership?
Everything. Perhaps you have not caught it in the news as of yet, but Brady and the Patriots were handed a hefty penalty for what has become jokingly known as “deflategate.” You may recall earlier this year that in the final game leading up to the Superbowl, the Patriots were accused of deflating the footballs from their standard size.
What does this do? Well, simply put, it throws off the quarterback when they go to throw…that is, unless you have been practicing with it all week and known how to throw it at that pressure. Apparently, Tom Brady did this.

And again, we answer…everything.

Don’t lose sight of this, and let it impact your leadership today.
